8) If you are taking measures to heat a room by lighting a fire, then keep these things in mind. Any window or skylight must be open for the smoke to pass. Never sleep without leaving the fire burning or burning. There is a risk of fire. If the window doors are closed then smoke can suffocate.

9) By applying room heater, the room is warm but the inside air becomes dry. To remove it, fill water in a bowl or pot in the room. If the clothes are washed, then put them in the same room to dry. By doing this remedy, the moisture will remain in the air and there will be no dryness.

10) People often consume wine to avoid cold which is wrong. Drinking alcohol can cause heat, but it reduces the internal temperature of the body. Alcohol also slows down the shivering system in the body. If you sweat, it blows and cools the body. So, do not stay in this forgetting. TYPES OF CANCER THAT ARE LINKED TO BEING OVERWEIGHT

You might consider your extra weight a risk to your health or heart, or even your joints, but you may not know much about the role that bodyweight plays in cancer. Breast cancer, Thyroid, Gall bladder, esophageal, Kidney, liver, pancreatic cancer and ovarian, endometrial, stomach, colon and thyroid cancer are some of the cancers that are linked with excess body weight. We have discussed here in detail some of the types.

Breast Cancer

One of the most common cancers is breast cancer. Excess weight in women increases the risk of breast cancer, but only after menopause. Most commonly, it is seen in postmenopausal women who are obese and are about at 20% to 40% risk of developing breast cancer than women at a healthy weight.

There is about a 20% increase in your risk of gallbladder cancer, if you are overweight, and a 60% increase if you are obese.

Kidney cancer

The risk of kidney cancer is found to be twice in people who are obese. Insulin resistance may be the reason of kidney cancer, and this pre-diabetes condition is more common in patients who have extra pounds.

Stomach Cancer

People who are obese are almost at the double risk of developing gastric cardia cancer, a type of the disease affecting the upper portion of the stomach.

Liver cancer

Risk of liver cancer is also twice as high among overweight people than normal-weight people. Hepatitis C, a viral infection of the liver, can lead to liver cancer.

Meningioma (membranes covering the brain and spinal cord, and usually grows slowly) risk is around 20% higher in overweight people and 50% higher in obese people.

Ovarian Cancer

Cancer of the ovaries is also slightly more common among women with excess of body weight. Like breast and endometrial cancers, ovarian cancer may also be the cause due to increased estrogen produced in excess fat tissue.

Pancreatic Cancer

Obese people are at 20%-50% risk of pancreatic cancer than as insulin is produced in pancreas and any issues with the insulin may increase the risk of cancer.

Hangover symptoms include feeling fatigue, headache, muscle aches, dizziness, dehydration and rapid heartbeat. Here we have listed few points, which would help you to overcome the symptoms of hangover.

  • Try to take liquors, which are low in alcohol like Vodka, beers. As darker drinks might result in a harsher hangover.
  • Do not consume alcohol on an empty stomach as it worsens the situation.
  • Take a diet rich in Vitamin A  found in eggs, meat, fish and orange- and yellow-colored vegetables, such as sweet potatoes.
  • Include diet rich in proteins, such as chicken or fish, which is rich in Vitamin B.
  •  Animal proteins are a good source of zinc, as well as nuts, whole grains and beans. Avocados or bananas can offer a boost of potassium
  • Try to take lots of water and stay hydrated,
  • Many doctors warn against taking medications containing acetaminophen, such as Tylenol, which may lead to liver damage when combined with alcohol.
  • Taking that morning-after drink including coffee and tea may temporarily delay the hangover, but when the alcohol level again hits zero, the body will react in ways that we label a hangover.
